She obtained her Master’s degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, one of the leading law schools in Vietnam, where she developed in-depth legal knowledge and critical thinking skills. Ms. Huyen has directly advised, drafted, and reviewed various types of contracts in the fields of civil, commercial, and construction law, including deposit agreements, business cooperation contracts, and construction contracts. She also has hands-on experience in commercial arbitration proceedings at major arbitration centers such as VIAC and STAC, as well as representing clients in civil, labor, and family disputes before courts and competent authorities.
