Holding dual degrees in Civil & Industrial Engineering and Economic Law, he has held multiple management positions at leading corporations and real estate–construction companies such as Phat Trien & Kinh Doanh Nha, Dau An Sai Gon, Solid Base, New House, Van Van An, and Bao Hoang. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and delivered numerous projects in the following areas:

– Legal advisory and compliance control for investment and construction projects — covering investment preparation, bidding, contract execution, acceptance, and handover stages;

– Project management and coordination, ensuring progress, quality, cost efficiency, and full legal compliance during implementation;

– Representation of enterprises in dealings with government authorities, handling legal procedures, and resolving disputes involving contracts, land, and investment activities;

– Strategic consulting and development of internal legal compliance systems for investment and construction enterprises.
