With over 21 years of experience in human resources management and corporate legal affairs, Mrs. Nguyen Trang currently serves as Deputy General Director and Senior Legal Compliance Advisor at LexConsult & Partners.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and has held multiple senior leadership positions at major corporations, including Nitto Denko Vietnam, Life Broadband Communication, Dat Xanh Group and its subsidiaries, Unihomes, Phat Dat Industrial Park, and Dat Xanh Mien Nam. Throughout her career, she has been directly responsible for and achieved significant results in:

• Strategic HR planning and organizational structuring aligned with corporate development goals.

• Labor relations and legal compliance, covering employment contracts, compensation policies, disciplinary frameworks, and corporate culture.

• Implementation of modern governance systems (ERP, IT) integrated with administrative management.

• Human resources training and development, as well as internal communications to promote a transparent, cohesive, and effective corporate culture.
