Mrs. Võ Thị Ngọc Dung currently serves as Deputy Director and Senior Advisor – Finance & M&A at Lexconsult & Partners LLC. She collaborates closely with the firm’s legal team on complex legal-financial advisory projects, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, internal audits, and corporate tax optimization. With a strong professional foundation and strategic insight, she delivers integrated legal-financial solutions tailored for business clients.

She holds an MBA and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and English, as well as an Advanced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) certificate. Her international training in leadership, finance, and negotiation (Australia & the U.S.) further equips her with cross-border advisory expertise.

With over 25 years in executive roles both in Vietnam and internationally, Mrs. Dung was previously CEO cum CFO at CND Investment JSC, and COO & CFO at TNK Capital Partners, where she led restructuring and M&A transactions across retail, real estate, and pharmaceuticals. Earlier, she served as Financial Controller at VinaCapital Real Estate, overseeing financial management for more than 15 major real estate projects. Her earlier career also includes senior roles at Ogilvy & Mather, BHP Petroleum, and other multinational firms in F&B, oil & gas, and advertising.

She is recognized for her strategic thinking, analytical precision, and strong risk management across financial and legal dimensions. Her result-oriented, structured approach makes her a key figure in integrated legal-financial consulting initiatives.
